6. Purchase and Delivery

6.8. By completing a purchase, the User expressly consents to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has commenced, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1. Users are prohibited from:

  • Description of infringing content;

  • A no-rights declaration;

7.5. Verified complaints will lead to content removal and notification to the concerned User.

7.6. Users may respond with appropriate proof of rights (e.g. license, invoice, etc.).

7.7. Content may be removed permanently if:

  • b) There is no response within 14 days;
  • c) No proof of ownership is provided;
  • d) A regulatory authority demands removal;

8. Intellectual Property

11. Final Provisions

11.2. Either Party may terminate the Agreement. Users can request termination via https://steambuy.pro/contact-us.

11.3. steambuy.pro may close accounts at its discretion with 14 days’ notice.

11.4. Users may request permanent deletion of their accounts at any time. Confirmation will be provided within 7 days.

11.5. Serious violations may result in immediate account termination without notice.

11.7. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of the User’s country of residence. In particular, consumers residing in the European Union benefit from protections provided by applicable EU consumer protection legislation and national laws implementing such legislation.

11.8. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain valid. Unenforceable provisions will be replaced with valid ones closest in meaning. Consumer rights are not affected.
